Employee Programs & Uniforming

Repeatable employee-facing programs — onboarding kits, recognition, safety and branded apparel — managed consistently across locations.

The problem we usually walk into

Multi-location teams order apparel and employee gear in a dozen different ways, so brand consistency, sizing and budgets drift.

How we approach it

  1. 01Standardize a core apparel and gear assortment by role
  2. 02Define who orders, who approves and who pays
  3. 03Size management, reorders and replenishment
  4. 04Roll out location by location without re-inventing the program
