Planning tools are guidance, not quotes
The budget calculators, lead-time planner and the Bagley Idea Generator on this site are planning aids meant to give you a reasonable starting estimate. They are not quotes, invoices or guarantees of price, availability or delivery date. Final product availability, pricing, decoration methods and timelines are confirmed by Bagley directly.
Sample requests
Decorated sample requests are reviewed by our team against program fit and are not automatically guaranteed. Submitting a request does not obligate Bagley to provide a sample.
Third-party links and stores
This site links to third-party resources, including product search (Promoplace) and client-specific company stores. Those sites are operated independently and governed by their own terms and privacy practices, not this policy.
Artwork and intellectual property
If you submit artwork, logos or brand assets for a project, you are responsible for confirming you have the right to use and reproduce them. Bagley reviews submitted materials as part of standard production practice but does not independently clear trademark or copyright ownership on your behalf.
